Default expensive spark plugs

My girlfriends Honda Vfr 400 has had starting problems lately, so after being back and to the local bike shop we have come the conclusion that the spark plugs were at fault, so I asked for 4 spark plugs which followed that expensive sounding suck there mouths in moment, was quoted 13.74 each plus vat and a fitting charge for roughly 4 hours , nearly collapsed in the shop, so last night searched the web and found them for £10.52 grand total for 4 plugs plus vat and postage total of £50.52 so I am going to fit them myself which looks like a pig of a job, bloody Honda, so are these the most expensive spark plugs ever???

Behold! The reason I didn't buy a VFR400... Didn't fancy having to strip it to its component parts to do an oil change Those are well expensive plugs though, I picked up four CR8EIX Iridiums for the SV a while back for £20 and I thought that was expensive.

started to get the bike ready for when the new plugs arrive, so far the petrol tank is off, the rear tail section, the front fairing and had to remove the radiator to get to the front ones, nightmare job got no knuckles left, taken about 2 and half hours oh and my girlfriend isnt taking to me as her bike is in bits

Yep the VFR is a total pig to work on, very, very compact so it's only the little people who can work on one.
It's plugs may be most expensive for it's essentially a scaled down RC30.

Ebay, where else Had to get a pack of 4, and it was pure luck I found it- they were advertised for random other Suzukis but not the SV.
