Grease stuff to avoid water getting in front cylinder.....
What stuff is the correct stuff to buy? Went to Halfords yesterday all staff had no idea when I told them I was after silicone grease. The only stuff I found was some 3 in 1 white silicone grease in a spray can. Is this ok?
Also getting to that plug cap is a right pain in the **** if you have the fairing lowers! I know this has been asked before but I would like to know a brand and where to get it from. I searched the net which returned a lot of stuff all different. Ta very muchly, Dan Oh one other thing I phoned the dealer regarding this one cylinder problem who in turn phoned Suzuki who said they will get it looked at. Not sure what good they can do but I might get a free fenda extenda out of it. They also said "They were not aware their was a problem with the SV and rain". So why did they put in two little rubber deflector flaps then eh? |

Use vaseline.
Go into the supermarket and just buy a big tub of vaseline then smile at the checkout girl/man when they look at you funny.
