I finally brought a new exhaust can - a Delkevic - it sounds and looks amazing and for £99 i would really recommend getting one!
One question - does it matter if its blowing slightly from where the connector pipe connects with the origional exhaust? When i put my hand by the join i can feel it blowing just a little. It might be because I havent tightened the clamp enough (i sheered the first bolt so didnt want to do it too tight). If its a problem, whats the best way of sorting it? Cheers |

Any temperature resistant sealant, squidge a bit on the end of the bike side of the exhaust then push the other piece over it
I never bothered though, with a bit of breathing it sucks air into the can and allows for some nice pops & bangs on the overun

Halfords sell heat resistant silicone which works perfectly. Costs about a fiver.
