What bike...

Pointy or Curvy?

What springs...

OEM or aftermarket

What Suspension...

OEM or from another make of bike?

Without this, I can't really help.

If you are prepared to wait a few weeks then revalved and sprung GSXR SRAD internals to fit OEM forks and revalved and sprung GSXR SRAD shock any good?
