Default Service Question

I bought my lovely compadre of a bike couple of weeks ago, the SV650S 99-02 and it has 44k miles on the clock.

Now after talking to the guy who owned it, he seemed a keen biker and said he did his own services on it such as oil/brakes, the basics really. What services would/ should I do on it? Considering its mileage. Looking at fork seals thats going to be a start
