QANTAS has crashed plenty. Plenty of old props have hit the deck. Years ago.

It has crashed jetplanes too...but it hasn't had a jet aircraft fatality.

or 'lost' a jet aircraft as such.

And nor do civil airliners have "IFF" fitted - I heard the maint crew/pilot one before, but related in a military USAF context, which makes IFF viable.

Yes, the Quantas list originally did the rounds as airforce pilots/ground crews, I believe.
