I've used the clear rubbery things to attach the tubing down the inside of the swingarm with superglue, works pretty well- only there's no visible tubing for me to judge if hte system's primed right or not. You could use ordinary p-clips, -03s IIRC, bolted to the mudguard fixing points, I had it that way for a while but it was a little ugly.

Are you sure that you primed it before adjusting the setting??
You have to "prime" it before using it, otherwise there will be air in the system and it wont work. The only other thing that I can think of is that where you have attached the "T" piece on the vacuem pipe, there is air getting in there. Try getting a couple if tie wraps and tie wrap the hoses on to the "T" piece Other than that I am clueless ![]() ![]() |

The oil takes longer to get warmed up in the winter, scottoiler recommend that the bike has a run of 20 mins be4 you check it, also have a look at the breather pipe make sure there are no blockages in it. It took me a few rides out to get it sorted but its well worth being patient with it

Hmmm, assuming that you primed it by forcing oil through it using the bottle the oil came in, the only thing I can think of is angle & fill level, the instructions do say that it has to be below horizontal (15 degrees I think) and that the point where the breather attaches must be above the oil level, otherwise a vacuum is created in the reservoir.
Any use? ![]() |
