Couple of people have mentioned waving fists shouting that sort of thing and jousting sticks etc, I know a lot of this is in fun but will relate a dear departed friends story.

He got cut up by old granny in BMW so chased after them, shouting, beeping horn shaking fist.....fell off and broke his colar bone and wasn't able to ride for about 6 months

It is hard to keep your cool on occasion but try, regardless, I have personally lost a battle with a white van that I didn't know I was in as I was stationary at the time and he drove into the back of me!

As for the burnout issue with brake on, gearbox is unlikely to be affected, they are pretty robust, I would favour clutch problems or chain issues, if you can get away with it take it back to the garage you bought it from and make out you are very dissapointed with the service so far,

usually works...............everyone does it but it doesn't make it right.
