I have been looking for someone to do this for ages. There was a bloke on ebay that did it. I have a pair of Hyabusa calipers he did that are ready to go on the RGV 250. New seals, stripped clean etc.

However I need the back one doing now and he has gone off ebay!

Brilliant Idea if you ask me.

Getting the the pistons out and stripped is a PITA for anyone without a compressor.

To give you some idea.

I paid £100 delivered back for a pair of Hyabusa calipers to be stripped and cleaned, with new seals, and refitted with red grease (or whatever it is)

Selling as n,chambers53 and has an Ebay shop RD BITZ

If you do a search for "stainless brake pistons" you should find him. I have some pistons on order from him at the moment.

That's him, he did my 6 pot Tokico's that I am going to fit to the RGV.
