I shall be attending once my cheque is in the post anyway... hehehe

Nijmegen... well... plain and simple its torture... a 100 mile march over 4 days for military personel, 125 miles if your civilian.. downside to military march = you carry a weighted rucksack instead of walk that extra 25miles... approx 35- 40,000 people take part in it.. most of them Dutch anyway.. but 5000 military personel from various countries partake... as well as civilians from all over Europe and beyond... it starts roughly towards the end of July... and consists of those 4 days walking/marching and even more so of drinking to numb the pain....arrive saturday and start walking on the Tuesday and finish on the Friday... while drinking enough to forget how much pain you were in the day before...

Presonally the more time down in the Ardennes roads the better, as long as it doesn't detract from 'Ring time. But that's just my personal opinion, I'm happy to go with whatever general flow is decided upon.

It doesn't bother me. But if anyone else is worried about it being busier than normal then you might want to think again about coming.
how busy is normal? & how much busier do you think it will be?

Folks

Apologies for the lack of communucation but I'm snowed under in work at the moment

I'm in the processing of contacting people to work out the best times for ferries, then I'll get back to you all.

Still missing a few deposits too so I'll be chasing them too!

Rich

According to my writeup from last year, it was a round trip of 1121 miles from Northampton and back.
