Default Port and...

This is an information broadcast/thread:

Right now I am enjoying a delicious glass of Taylor's Port...

...with a sausage sandwich. mmmmmmm.

Fine Galtee snorkers gently grilled and then halved lengthways and gently placed upon some rather tasty bread which I had to slice. I have opted for the 'healthy' option of olive spread, colman's English and Heinz organic tomato ketchup to assist in bringing out the full flavour of the mechanically recovered pig product.

The Port...that's there to get me a bit squiffy -
