Default Eastern Lights

Anyone on here taking part in this years Eastern Lights event in July?

http://www.easternlights.co.nr/

I'm doing it for the first time as I'm actually not going to be at work for it this year.

Did it once a couple of years ago - it had to be the most frustrating ride I have ever been on! Support it in spirit but wouldnt ride it again...

With you on this, Skip. I love the idea of these rides, but the reality is slow, frustrating and totally pants.

Of course its bloody slow, it a charity ride not mad Sunday at the TT. Still never done it yet. Will try anything once except incest and line dancing. (which wipes out 90% of Norfolk Life)

When I did it I was near to the back and was slipping the clutch at 15-20mph all the way which on the SV meant lumpy progress...

Hope you enjoy it anyway - its really quite a spectacle!
