I hope she doesn't read this!! Hard to tell where it is from the pic - I mean, upper or forearm - and which arm.

Did it hurt? Did it bleed? How long did it take? Where did you get it done? Wife's reaction? I bet the kids think it's cool.

bepanthen is also very good...less embaressing to buy at boots too....warm it up in a hot sink to make it softer and less sticky...
make sure you wash all blood/goo off or else it may not heal properly too!

so did i... and had a massive allergic reaction which burnt me and stopped my breathing! that was fun lol.

I used a aloe vera body butter from the body shop which my artist reccomended (after my reaction) and it was fantastic! so so soothing and the tattoo healed beautifully.

Cor. The red's a bit squinty isn't it. Or is it just the skin pulling around?

I was recommended to use Lasonil, which is a bruise ointment. Seemed to work, my arm didn't drop off or anything and the ink's almsot as good today as it was the day it went in despite being upper arm. That's despite breaking all the scabs off after about 4 days (went to an Andrew WK gig, got in the moshpit, anyone who tells you tattoos don't hurt has never gone in a pit with a fresh one!)

Dude

I use nivea mosituriser, that comes in a white tub. It sounds wierd but My tat's heal in about 3-4 days using that stuff and there is no scabbing, and each tat is perfect
