Default Footrest bracket slightly loose - problem?

Going over the bike today, & I noticed the bracket the right footrest fastens to, rotates a few degrees slightly, the brake pedal shaft goes through the centre of it, and I cant find a bolt to tighten it up. Is this a problem? or usual? K2 o2 Curvy.

Err are you sure? Yeah, it shouldn't rotate at all. It's got two bolts holding it to the frame.

Nah I think he means the fork thing that the footrest is attatched to the shaft with the C clip.

The bolt for that is 8mm allen bolt which you have to take the footrest hangar off the bike to get to, it's behind the footpeg mount.

Seeee......AFAICR you have a problem if the forked thingy has movement in the same axis as the bolt goes in.

I've never come across a problem of the bolt being loose myself but possible but fairly sure you shouldn't be able to rotate it.

If it's not tight it will rotate just a little bit not all the way
