675 is a nice bike, but too far forwards, ass feels like its in teh air, the seats hard, and i need confidence in the front, and from what i've read, the 675 doesn't give much. Plus its a similar price to Nelli, no competition.

KTM - Hate it. Loved it at first, then saw one in the flesh. Matt finish on some parts, shiney on other, it just looks cheap and tacky. Those orrible little (but good idea) tank bump stops, it just looks tacky to me. Not for me.

GSXR750, yeah, if i wanted to just be another one in the crowd. Plus its one of the bikes one of my friend has. Good bike, just not for me.

Been speaking to daddy today Told him of my thoughts. His words "your not gonna get much for the bandit, not worth selling, keep it! I can't ride at the moment, so any time you want to go for a ride, let me know and you can take one of the nellis out (by that, i gues he doesn't really mean the LE )."

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weathers good this weekend, hmmmmmmmmmm...... Daaaaaaaaaaaaaad....

He has just told me to save for my own nelli, he'll help find one, just got to get some of the money together.

Hmmm whats the interest rate on a £3.5k loan these days

Save now and buy in the winter. What with the economic downturn and winter prices you should get plenty of bike for your money then.

See I buy the bike for what it does, not its image "not" buying a bike because it's popular is just as bad as buying a bike because it's popular

Ahh but beauty is in the eye of the behlder. GSXR is a nice bike, great ride, great machine.

Lacks some of the finer little tweeks that some of the italian machinery has for me though. Im never going to be a great fast rider, so dont need all the "make me faster" bits So if it looks great, sounds great, and rides ok, then im sold IL4's don't suit my riding style though, i like instant power, where as the 4's need to be wound up a little before crazy madness stage, by which time ur already well into license loosing speeds.

For me anyway, but its good we're all different

That said, i saw a GSXR the other day, first one i've seen with the Suzuki factory exhaust systems (like MotoGP curved jobbies). I've seen them in the GSXR bike adds in the mags. It did turn me on a little

Now *that's* a reason not to buy it because it doesn't suit you (I thought that would be the case more than "I see too many about" but just though I'd nudge it a bit ).
