I dont really care. I would like a pointy for the FI engine - no-fuss starting in the winter time. But i prefer the look of the curvy, especialy the dash. I love analogue dials, feels right

Yes the STV is there to soften the response. With EFi there's possibility for a very responsive throttle, like flatside carbs without the problems of bogging if you whack it open... but they don't.

Define performance?
The curvy frame is far superior, the only reason for the pointy frame is to make it cheaper.
