thank you for all your get well wishes.The thumb has started to move which is good bt still in a cast for 4-6 weeks. Heart monitor blipped to 150 bpm for 2 minutes then came back down to a normal rate. My consultant said it should the HR should have gone higher but probably did'nt due to beta blockers and staying calm!
