The headers are the biggest bit btw, they take a surprisingly lage amount of box-room. I still have the box in my flat, that carried my Yoshi headers back over christmas (an 'official' Yoshi box, i.e. the size they'd ship them in). It's big enough that we couldn't find any suitcases that would fit the box. I think the box itself had dimensions of 14" x 16" x 26", so approx 36cm x 41cm x 66cm.

This is the size of box I got from Yoshimura. The 600rr exhaust came built up and is a very funny shape so the box is huge......you could easily get a full system in it.

The box for my old SV blue flame is next to it and tiny in comparison.

This cost £24 to post. Its done on size not weight as its the space it take up in the plane that cost money.

I posted a full system up to Scotland and it cost about £20. Wrong direction and not far enough but posting is not always as expensive as you think it might be.

The Yoshi box you've got there is similar to the size of the one that contained my headers, actually. Maybe a bit smaller (doesn't look as tall) but a good one for comparison. I don't think they would pack a full system in the one that I got though, because the parts would be too close together & to the sides (if they fitted - it would be close just because of the shape of the parts). I got the can in a box similar to your blueflame one, again maybe a bit bigger. It's possible they'd send two packages if I ordered a full system in one go, not really sure on that one!

How come your bike's black now?

HMCE are wise to this trick now, they tend to open the boxes and make an assumption.
