Whats wrong with the original curvy swing arm? It's a lovely bit of kit. Far nicer that that horrible slab on the pointy. Could you not get a spare one of those and powder coat it?

I'd balk at spending 300 quid on something that wasn't some kind of performance upgrade Especially when the original looks nice and is good for the job.

Get another stock swingarm off ebay and powdercoat it.
Or get pete and lissa's if it's still for sale

It was a PITA! constantly needed cleaning and polishing, was awkward to use a paddock stand with, was awkward to adjust the chain, the tyre cost more and was of no benefit to the bike, the dog bones had to be specially made to get the ride height back to what it should've been.

IMHO more work and cost than it's worth even if it does look good

That swingarm was off of a GSXR1100M hence the wider rim
