Looked on parts drawings but dont see the tube coming of the rubber boot as a separate item, do you know if you can buy it or will it be that i have to buy the whole thing with the take off on it

I will try to put photo on to see if we are looking at the same thing the rubber looks joined onto the metal fixing plate

Rear rubber boot its a shame having to change it for not having take off on it, but i suppose if it all comes as one item i'l have to do that.

Can't see a hole in that pic, am I being blind or is the hole just a little further around to the left than you can see?

yes its just round a bit i did not think the photo would come out so good i could have taken another just wondering how tube fixes as i could make something up or is it not worth it are they cheap to buy

If you want to fix it then look at fuel pump ... the vacuum hose needs connection to there. Find a bit of tube that will fit it snugly and epoxy/RTV it into the carb rubber. Only needs to seal. (you won't be taking the fuel pump off much once engine is in)

Thanks its a good nick rubber shame to bin it i will give it a go if you see someone stop in the middle of the road you will know it did not work
