Side stand hitting floor

i have touched the stand down once on the road, cleaned it and realised it was sticking slightly

I cut the peg bit off of my K4 after it caused me to go car surfing.
It lifts the rear wheel off of the deck,you can get it back but you need space and on the road there is not likely to be enough.
I have standard pegs and hangers with hero blocks and the stands not much of a lifted foot behind the peg down
Only downside is its a bit tricky to get the stand down at first when you are sitting on the bike.

Just a thought check your suspension setting esp that the rear shock pre load is set right.

Can you get the pointy sidestand down without the tab? If so, just chop it off (my curvy has a GSXR sidestand on it and has no tab, so I use the foot of the stand instead, easy)

But yeah, the problem is you're either a) wicked fast or b) Not moving your body enough, meaning that the bike is leaning further than it has to.
