I get covered in the stuff all the time at work, sticking caps on window and door sash etc, I just use a stanley blade and scrape it over your finger etc, not too bad if you got dry hands but if you like to moisturise etc then it might be a bit harsh.

Hot soapy water and that's from first hand experience after having a pot explode in my face and glueing both my f**cking eyes shut, just had to attack it with soap, water and a lot of scratching. Not nice

Turpentine (the real stuff not the cheap carp) will shift most things. Thast about the best, unless you know anyone in the manufacturing industry. good luck

Warm soapy(fairy liquid) water and soak your hands gently work your fingers appart.
