i've had similar issues with HG online, V slow and no response to communications. That said i got a "£40" magnetic tank bag and some blue absorbent roll for just the £3.95 delivery charge last time i used the site, so can't really complain (signed up for the free loyalty card preloaded with £10 voucher then scoured clearance section). The bags probably only worth £25 quid or so when you take into account their inflated prices, hence the "£40".

Today I got a full refund of £26 on my order even though I only put a claim in for £8. I can only assume they ignored the Paypal comms, its a dumb way to run a company. Hopefully anyone else putting a claim in will be as lucky as me.

Same here gents. Got a full refund from Paypal today. Only took 5 days from submitting a claim thru Paypal.
