The can is the same but you'll need different link pipes.

The baffle is included, it is secured by an allen bolt. The BS number is stamped on the baffle, so it is only legal with the baffle in place. If I get round to selling my bike then I'll have the exhaust for sale. I'll try and get a sound file recorded, just can't be ar$ed getting the bike out of the garage until the weather improves!

Default As per

With completely standard set up WOLF without the baffle[it still hasn,t got a sooty mark on it,never been fitted]114db Also the jerkyness goes from the bike as the backpressure is reduced and you get some nice popping noises when you close the throttle on over run
Very easy to fit but make sure you measure up before you cut the pipe, takes about 1/2 hour start --finish
When you take the original exhaust off feel the weight difference

Good luck with your new sound system, hope you will be pleased,I am

Cheers Mac
P.S. Mine was supplied with the link pipe, clamp no other purchases necessary

Default cutting

So there was cutting involved? The guy I ordered from said that it should not require any cutting, although I have a feeling that you guys know a bit better. The real bugger of it is that in theory, the cutting of the stock exhaust pipe voids my warranty (ugh!). Jeez, like that is going to do anything but make it better.

Justmacsv650, do you have any pics? Are you saying that the jerkiness of the throttle is dummed down a bit? I like the sound, so to speak, of 114db!

I'm gonna scare the neighbors

Just to let you know we received your order from the US dealer last night and it's left us this morning - should get to you in about 4 days.

There is a cut needed to take off the old pipe and the dealer should know this so my apologies for their lack of knowledge... I'll fax them the details on Svs again! We do of course include a new link piece to put the stock pipe back on at sale time whick makes life easier.

Thanks for the order and I hope you'll enjoy it!

Default You Guys Rock!

Wow is right! You guys definately are on top of things. Do you have any instructions that you could send to me via PDF or anything, so that I may look it over in advance. Also, some sound clips would be incredible. That's the one thing that you guys lack on your web-site. If you had new photos of the SV650 and some media files, I think people would be more inclined to buy right away, and I'm sure they wouldn't be disappointed either.

I'm not all that worried about the installation - I'm sure it will go fine. So, you guys give me the linking pipe to go along with it as well for remount of my old stock can? Well, that is good news.

Anything you could tell me about the installation, and the changes that will occur in the bike's performance would be great. Thanks again for all of your support, and I'm counting the days until it arrives.

Cheers!
