I have seen bikes that just have the two MOT's one at 70k or whatever and then one at 18k. Then you have proof of when it was done and as long as it is legit nobody really cares. If you were going to clock a bike for illegal purposes you wouldnt do it this way so most people will see that and it isnt an issue. The ones that do make it an issue shouldnt be buying your bike :P

I mean you can do that but where's the fun? I mean sure it saves you 35 days of a drill at 1000 rpm, during which you can't use the new clocks, but if it can take 2,000 rpm it's barely over 2 weeks!

Thinking about it a sender and multiple magnets on a disc you could have like 6 magnets and be done in no time (6 readings per revolution) wonder at what point the clocks can't cope?

Wow an sv doing nearly light speed 14 days = 336 hours 58000 miles = 172 miles an hour, well maybe light speed was optomistic. MM 58000 miles at 186000 mile a second = 311 milliseconds, see it would only take about a 1/3 of a second to do it at light speed, come on ash all youve got to do is invent a light speed drive, unless northy has one in the back of his shed ( with the bandit 12 wheels), and it'll be done !
