It could be upto £120, it depends on what system they actually use and how much time is needed to get it right. A simple tweek with the Yoshi box can only take a few mins...but sometimes, more often than not it will need a bit more.

Everywhere charges slightly differently so dont take what i say on price as gospel.

I am assuming you are no where near York which is a real shame.

I don't suppose you can recommend anyone near me in York that could do the remap? (being in the same line of work and all that).

£40 - £120 I would gladly pay and I don't see the need for a Power Commander as once I have modded the bike I don't intend to change it.

However the problem I have is there is no where round York to get it done.

Not sure of anyone round there. You really need to find someone that deals with racebike remapping 9as they are more likely to offer a wider range than just power runs)..and one that doesnt have dynojet stamped on their foreheads.

Id try this list on here:
http://www.dynapro.co.uk/links.htm

they run dynapro dynos and are more likely to have the software to do it.

I was half way posting before, but never got to it because of the office muppet.

PowerSport Bikes in Bradford would be the nearest one that I'm aware of that's even close to York. Haven't been to them personally, but I was planning on it next time I'm in Yorkshire.

It'd be interesting to find what results came back from the dyno/map.

Powersport is a good bet. I bought my last bike a gixxer 6 from there. Not far either. I think I will try them.

I'm thinking a trip to Surrey at some point in the future might be worthwhile.
