From the pics posted, I'd say plenty of room to get your bike out. A pic showing the rear would be nice.

What about spinning it on the side stand. Stand next to bike on the side stand side - hand on bars and other hand on the tail end - pull it towards you so it balances on the side stand (so both wheels are off the ground) then spin it around on the side stand. ???

If you know the owners live in a flat start knocking on doors. Unless the person is totally ignorant perhaps a polite chat will solve the issue.

If you then ask the person to leave room when they park and as they tend to leave the vehicle parked for days at end, you kinda have a ready made parking space you can reply on

OR

I'm going to get flammed for this but, is it worth calling the local police and asking them to track down the owners?

Just my two cents, if the bike can be moved but you will scratch the car . . . then move it and scratch the car, shouldnt be parked like that anyhow. just my thought lol thats what id do.

Give the man a prize, why didnt I think of that. Just checked looked out to see if they had got my note, well the notes gone and car has not only been moved to the other side of the street but also half way down the street. Me thinks someone has poo poo'd there pants and moved the car.

Would it be to cheeky to stick a note to he lamp post that I chain onto asking people to please leave enough space for my bike as it is the only one I can easy access to?
