I saw a dual port can on a bike last weekend. One of them was a dummy though! What's that all about?

He probably just had the baffle(s) in.
I'm talking about Blue Flames don't know if others are the same. The "baffle" for the bottom port is a blanking plate that does not let any air past. But it is removeable so it is not a dummy.

I reckon you can probably hear it from where you are tbh

Quiet and subtle it isn't!!!!

Thanks folks. I have taken leave of my senses and bought a Blue Flame tri-oval Well, it was cheap on Ebay. No clue whatsoever what sort of bike it's for, but that's OK. So, we'll see how that goes. It's quite possible I'll restart this thread in a fortnight

I thought Blue Flames lasted more than a fortnight before they rattled themselves to bits? That's a bit harsh Northy!

This one's used, it's probably used up half of its 6-month lifespan

edit- oh aye, that reminds me- you have a blueflame for the SV don't you? If it's no bother, could you measure the internal diameter of the entry port for me? I'm thinking it'll be 50, 52 or 54mm but I'm not sure.
