OK update:

1) Scottoiler is in the post to me from eBay. Royal Mail delivered me a nice "the sender didn't pay enough postage" card today, so I suspect its being held ransom at the moment.

2) Also got crash bungs to fit from Chewys-stuff online

3) Also got front fenda extenda to fit

When I've got the scottoiler out of the box and reassesed the situation, I'll get back to you all, I'm going to give it a shot myself I think.

My mate fitted one to his Bandit last week and the only problem he had was nearly cutting his thumb off, so I'm inspired.

OK - good news everybody!

Scottoiler is here, and I'm 100% sure of what to do with it, and where to fit it.

Now, I need to start removing bits to get to pieces....which is now another problem.

I don't have a Haynes or anything, and am sure I need to be under the front seat because otherwise....theres just nowhere to go and my hands are too big for the likkle gaps (I also need a lower fairing panel off, I think, to fit a new indicator to replace my busted one).

Can anyone help me this afternoon? FurryGingerOne or any one else??

I want to get this fitted, and replace the front indicator (and screw my new crash bungs on). I've got all the parts and will travel within a reasonable distance if anyones available to help me? Failing that you're all welcome to visit my newly spruced up heated & lit garage

Im in Farnborough, Hants if anyone can make it?
