they most certainly are! I have heated grips and this morning the muffs went back on for the first time this autumn. Yeovil - Southampton, still with feeling in my fingers!

If one has an off with muffs on their bike, then do they take a muff-dive?? ...

Anyhow, has anyone CRASHED with some muffs on???? This is my query, not if they work or not ...

in the winter i usually ride with a pair of latex gloves under my bike gloves to stop the wind chill getting to your hands, it sounds a good idea but doesn't work as well as it sounds

as your hands are somwhat fixed to the bars, it sounds a bit dodgy?

yella marrygolds eh i think you'd be better putting your cold hands in some nice warm muffs, dont tell Hovis about the marrygolds he'l want some

Last year I used DL-650 hand guards and Oxford heated grips and went all through the winter with my summer gloves. Only needed the grips turned on when it got super-cold.

If you buy the guards (about £25) get the ones off the DL-650 not the DL-1000 as the 650 ones come with the fixing bolts and the 1000's dont. Takes about 10 mins to fit once you've worked out which fixings go where assuming you know how to get bar-ends out.
