I think they're just taking the pi$$ tbh. With a baffle in it should have been fine.

Wrap the wool around the baffle then fit it. If you just stuff it down the can it will blow it out.

Done all the required work (took ten mins!) and took it back for retest. Hopefully my exhaust will pass this time as thats all thats debatable now.

OK they are now refusing to re test it as i haven't changed the exhaust!!

I'm quite pee'd off with them now so i'm going elsewhere, was thinking of using Girders bikes in Hamilton. Hopefully they're more understanding when it comes to minor details like exhausts!!

What a bunch of youknowwhats... I'd put in a complaint, as you say you've modified the exhaust to the point that it is more than likely legal and they seem to be taking the p.. I'd take it somewhere else!
