Yes I am confusing the two.

Thanks for clearing that up.
I have a 10-80Nm torque wrench - would I face the same problem kiernac did and possibly kill the cam CAP bolts?
I understand from the manual that the precision on the low and high end of the scale is far less than on the mid range.

I know the text book answer here is "get a precision torque wrench from 5-20Nm", but is that the only correct answer?

With hindsight I should have done them by hand, I just thought I'd do it properly... If you trust yourself to do it by hand, go for it, if not, get a decent torque wrench.
Bike's all buttoned back together now, hoping to get a quick ride in tomorrow!
