I thoroughly recommend lowering the seat (sculpting the foam) anyway.
I'm 5'11" so don't need the seat lowered to reach the ground, but I've taken 20-25mm out of the foam (mid point of curve front to back) and it improves the feel of the bike while riding no end. You "sit in" it rather than "perched on" it. It's about much more than just reaching the ground. You won't regret it. ![]() |
