I'am very happy with my stainless Scorpion Oval slip on. It seams to have a tourqe boost, along the board. The sound is very ducati like!

![]() It wasn't just a dyno run but set up aswell. The usual charge is £40 per hour plus vat, 3 hours run time. The re-map is included in the price - the 3 hours is flexible depending on how choosy you are to get a nice straight line. Just a dyno run on its own would only be about £20.

I was in the same position as you Mitch, but I bought a full system in the end. I just didn't want to cut my stock exhaust permanently. The look of the full system I have now (BOS exhausts) is very nice, if I say so myself, but the fuel injection isn't able to correct the mixture enough. A re-map will be necessary if you buy a full system. But I think a slip-on will also require a re-map in order to have a correct air/fuel ratio.
I've had a re-map done with a Yosh Box, but I didn't work for me. It still has the on/off effect and the bike is still running way too lean below 5k rpm. Waste of my money!! ![]() Finally you can buy a TFI fuel injection module or a Powercommander to adjust the injection. I'm going for the last option, because a PC would cost me as much as a TFI module, but I believe that the TFI is much cheaper in the US/Canada than in Europe. And please do not have a dealer install your full system! Do it yourself and keep the extra money in your pocket. Taking the stock exhaust of is a piece of cake!!! Honestly. Just make sure you have someone there to give you a hand. If you have any questions, let me know. ![]() |

My 2p's worth, for what it's worth.
End Race can = Nice sound a little performance not much and then buy a Road legal quill= for Mot's an stuff, plus a Standard OEM for when you drop it and the insurance guy comes round to have a look. ![]() sexysi |

Hey,
Thanks for all the comments. I agree with SS that if that's all I want, looks and sound, then that is all I really need... Mitch |
