ebike just telephoned. Third party is not accepting liability, looks like its my word against his
 I have faxed them a letter (taken from my posting on VD) stating the facts about filtering and turning right without indicating from stationary so fingers crossed that may do some good otherwise it will be a 50-50 claim.Just contemplating popping into the police station near the accident scene just in case any witnesses telephoned and left any details there. |
