Also motocross type boots with the steel things on the front, with practice you can do the length of a car and get front + rear wings, both doors without slowing down.

London taxi drivers back off big time if you wave a steel tipped MX boot at them. If they damage their car they have to take it off the road and get it repaired to tip-top condition before they can pick up any more fares.

MX boots make a good deterent

For the record, you're not meant to hold the rear brake on when attempting a burnout. How do you think the rear weel is going to turn at high speed if the brake is on?

I'm sorry, someone has to mention this...

Icem4n, have you considered advanced riding lessons/theory? By rights, you should of anticipated being cut up (each and every time that you were). If you anticipate it, you wouldn't get wound up by it, it'd be more a case of "knew you were going to do that you nugget!" and you'd be around them by overtaking.

As others have touched on, you really need to adopt the attitude of "everyone is trying their best to kill me, all the time." It's the only way to stay safe on the road.

Also, might I suggest that your name isn't very apt, given your tendency to anger.

Mine makes a sort of whine if it is in 1st, and I am coasting to a stop with the brake on and clutch in. I assume it is normal and just the discs spinning against each other with no pressure?

In future just burn off... you've got about 10x the power to weight ratio so it isn't hard.
