2 hands on the top section of frame under the tank and liffffffffffffft.
Im only 5ft 8 and 11st, and it jsut worked for me.

As it came level, remove 1 hand and put on handlebars to hold up...

Back to it is good, but I'd prefer to be facing it, I know I'm the sort of person that'd chuck it over the other side Do it quick while the adrenaline's pumping!

Not that often, dirt bikes mainly, used to do a bit of trials riding, still do the odd enduro and a few other off road bits and bobs.

Only dropped the SV once, and that was in the garage

some GIT picked my sv up by the s/s oval race can and thats what bent it in the middle like a banana, the rear foot peg that its held on to just dug into it under the weight of the bike.

so dont do it like that
