IT not that I don't like it, in fact I'm more likely to do it more out on my own. Its the fact I get whinged at in my ears constantly about how I ride....all I hear in my head when I am thinking of filtering with someone like Im Indoors is him taking the pee...kinda makes you more paranoid.

Put it this way, when your other half teaches you how to ride, and they are very patient with you, it turns on its head when you've passed. All you get is criticism and it kinda gets dull after 4 years.

And no, my instructor encouraged filtering...

It was covered on my DAS course, otherwise you'd be there forever sat in traffic in York. I was even told to make use of the cycle lane if turning left at traffic lights to get past 'one or two cars' - it was emphasised that this was only acceptable with lots of life saver checks. Cannot remember if I needed to filter on my test, but if I did it was obviously allowed.

i hate car testd failed mine forst time but then they do say that statistics show us who pass second time are apparently better drivers because we have less accidents.

Heard that more than once myself...which means I must be a super duper rider...I passed ...cough...4th time..

I can only laugh at imagining failing for filtering in a car
