Passed my test 4 yrs ago now, had Bandit 600 for 6 mths, then a Pointy SV that I still have. Bought a ZX7R and had that as well for a year. Had my ZX6R G1 for the past 15 mths.
Usually do 10-15,000 miles a year commuting & social inc. a European trip or 2 and IAM observer. |

Although the champagne on the zx10 is a sort of "non colour" it will have its advantages when it doesnt doesnt stick out like a sore thumb.
The gixxer is a great bike, no denying it, but I couldn't bring myself to get one and have to buy the matching shell suit... |

I had a go on my friends GSXR750 and was a bit underwhelmed. It was a short ride, but I was expecting more from it and I couldn't get it into corners. I don't know if the steering is damped or has adjustable damping (2008 model) but it was horrible.
Ditto, plus a litre sports bike at least once in your life has to be done. |
