2300ml of oil when changing just the oil, 2700ml when doing oil & oil filter.

that's my method, I really can't be doing with all the bending down looking through the fairing hole whilst trying to keep the bike upright stuff.

( not sure if it's an Asda jug though?)

Cheers Mark.

2300ml of oil when changing just the oil, 2700ml when doing oil & oil filter.
You might want to double check that.

It's 2300ml for an oil change, 2400ml for an oil and filter change and 2700ml after an overhaul.

I'm not blind, I read the service manual and thats what it said. 2.3l for oil, 2.7 oil & filter, 3.1l for overhaul.

I wasn't saying that you were blind but if you read your service manual you will find that it is for the '03 and '04 machines where as I am pretty sure Andrew has one of the '99 to '02 machines.

Unless he's added the oil cooler to the old bike of course
