Refinishing water pump cover?
Hi everyone !
Just wondering if anybody can suggest the way of fixing (re-painting, buying new, etc.) the cover of the water pump on my SV650 K9 as the paint is bubbling and peeling off  .Any ideas, lads/ladies ? Many thanks, Alex |

They all do that Sir
 PJ1 black gloss high temp engine paint  Although others may have better ideas and solutions

simoniz aluminium engine enamel is supposed to be the replacement for PJ1 silver which was according to a few websites very very close to original. for a good job you will have to take the pump off key/flatten it back then spray a few light coats to build up the paint.
