Quill T3

Just purchased my quill t3,
however i am now concerned that it might not be ant better than the original!,

Can any one vouch for the quality of the t3 sound??

I know there is a sound bite on the main site but im in the office with persons that probs wouldnt approve! boring people!

From what i've seen and heard they sound more or less the same as std until you get over 4000 revs then they open up

My mate has one on his SK1, while mine is still on the stock can. You could probably describe it as a meaty gruff version of the stock can, noise laws permitting it would be a nice standard can.

It definitely sorts out the 5K torque dip, giving a clean smooth curve with no fuelling mods required on carbs....and it's legal!

If you're looking for you might be disappointed, but if :P will do, you should be quite happy.

He originally tried a Renegade round can, but we both found that too much of a drone in town, it just got annoying. The Quill would be my personal choice, but each to their own!

Ok its not as loud as a race can, but I don't want it to be that loud. It suits me just fine

Sounds miles better than standard, when you ride you can hardly hear the original, The quill sounds even better when you boot it, or brake hard with the gears, however still doesn't sound better than the Reni.

Rizla Suzuki SK1 with, standard/Quill/Reni exhausts........ Just not fitted at the same time.
