Whilst I fully support a posters right to amend and change any content they have posted and acknowledge each has their own acceptable criteria in these things, as a former enforcer of the rules applicable and the person who took the shots, I didn't see any pictures that infringed at all, suggestive perhaps, but what was on show was no more than you'd see on TV or in magazines,obviously the mods agreed as they were removed by the poster after being up for sometime as I'm sure they would have been removed before now had that not been the case.

No point in the pics coming back now, what's done is done and judging by the fact that all this has happened anyway, putting the pics back up would only open VT up to this happening again in the future; the next time someone posts pictures that prompt this kind of debate. It's just not worth the hassle.

Not going to speak for VT, she could do that herself, but tbh, I don't think she can be bothered as it wouldn't achieve anything, it's just a thread on a forum.

Anyway, as Spidey has said, this thread has been derailed enough now and for 49 pages, had some fab content, so lets just let it go back to the intended subject!

Wow.....just read all of the posts as I thought that for a thread to get this big, this quickly, there might be some good points being raised but I am in fact left almost speechless (although if you know me you'll know that's impossible ;-) )

I had no idea people had so much time on their hands that they could happily derail threads, bait people, rise to that bait, dredge up old arguments, question the foundations and running of the site etc.

Good grief. This is aimed at everyone.....the site has a U rating. It was there when you joined up and if you feel the need to put a warning ahead of thread content, then you know you are pushing the boundaries, so don't be annoyed that people may ask for the content to be removed.....you signed up for that. If you don't agree with it, fine, but there is really no need to take it all so seriously. This isn't aimed specifically at TLW as I've never had a problem with anything he's said or posted. Just a general statement. This thread is like a school playground. People jumping on the bandwagon, having a good stir and enjoying the effect they are having and others taking it far too seriously, rising to the bait and biting back.

We all get on most of the time, I find it laughable that a bunch of adults can't just take a step back and realise how silly this all is.

We like this forum for a reason, lets not change the way its run for the sake of the occasional disagreement and before anyone wants to propose 18+ sections or moan about the mods decisions, remember that they mod this site for free. They do it in their own time and do it for the benefit of all of us, I for one am grateful!

The pictures will not be back simply because they were removed in the aspects of fairness.

Some believe them to be unsuitable for work or children and therefore I do not think that it is fair for me to post them up when this is the case.

My feelings were that those pictures tended towards artistic and represented 'pin up' not porn which would require hiding from young eyes and work collegues, nevertheless the comparison has been made and the pictures will therefore remain private.

hovis simply stated that a girl had taken offence to him viewing the thread at work, he wasn't comparing, just saying that in his case even something as artistically intended as your photos could spark off some people's complain mode... if every time someone got offended something got banned we'd have nothing left to enjoy in life:thumbsup:

No worries no offence was taken but I think its best that those kind of pictures are kept off just to save future arguments about what is U rated and what is not.
I'm not overly worried about it, besides none of them might have wanted to put their pics up afterwards on the site anyway, I simply posted a few so that they can see what we were doing on the trial run and make suggestions about what they wanted from their pics, dressses, underwear, hair and make up.

Unfortunately we ended up with the wrong type of attention and the only girl who contacted me to sort out what they are wearing (aside from Jenn, Fizzy Fish and Purplevamp who already know what they are wearing etc) has been Graciepants, so it was a bit of a backfire anyway therefore Im not overly fussed now.

I also will need ALL girls attending to contact me to confirm whether they will be wanting their hair doing and some ideas of what they like.
Also whether they will be wanting burlesque or pin up make up and to let me know times of arrival and departure etc.
This will make things easier on the day and avoid people being left without hair or make up being done or missing out on photoshoots etc.

And Gracie has already bought her ticket to my place, then we would do the Friday as per normal and go into London to shop.
