It was impressive yes. Not boring though. You're not the only one who stacked it. One guy was showing off in the field and managed to high side and snapped his front brake lever.

Yes It was an impressively boring low slide!
If we run another one we'll try to find you a more exciting way to crash.
Perhaps a high side off the cliff on the steep road would suit. :p

I was thinking something similar. The fall from buttercup lane is bigger.

My bad in that case then, feck! I would of been alright if i had stayed with the group in front of me, but i didnt want to do 40 in a 30 so i got left behind a bit

Next time, stay with the group, they won't nick all of us!

That's the attitude to have. A group ride is riding for yourself as you would when you're on your own (riding safely with those around you). You don't need to play catch up & keep the guy in front in sight, that's what markers are for.
Next time, stay with the group, they won't nick all of us!
That's not the way to group ride or think about it. They can nick you all and give you all points. We try not to encourage bad riding habits.

I think i clocked 120 passed a cop car lol. Yeah they wont get us all in the back of a focus!
Yeah thats what my opinion is DJ. They might not catch us all, but seeing as i was pretty much on my own with the restriction, they wouldnt have allt of trouble catching me.

Stu, takes more balls to do the right thing than it does to stick with the crowd. There are still plenty of roads around here where you can get a wiggle on. Folks doing 40+ in a 30 are those that trigger the uproar that gets all the limits lowered everywhere.

I didn't go over 30 at all going through Petersfield. Or any 30 limit for that matter.

I did 1000mph pretty much everywhere, except the corners where I did 3mph for obvious reasons.

I realized I was into triple figures on the way home. But my average speed over the whole weekend with all the gridlocked bits of motorway was about 11mph.
Long since home, but now I've had a nap and a shower I feel human enough to log on again...

What a great weekend.
Will deffo rethink the dog situation for next year. They love it, but we missed out on spending more time with all you lovely people!
Sorry our visits and mingles were short and not at the same time, but me and Stretch were just chuffed to bits to see you all.
See you all next year :smt048:smt048:smt048:smt048

I made a point of not speeding in 30's in front of you. Bare in mind I was trying to show you I wasn't that much of a ****.

Mike, if you read this, yeah Clive's footage would be good too. Nothing like having 50 hours of video footage to grind a computer to a halt. :)

Seems some of the attendees may have had after market cans fitted too. Check out the fly-by video for some interesting noises.

Haha, I think I heard one SV go passed with the standard can on its own. My god, why did you guys tell me my bike sounds like its running on electricity!

I got some heavy abuse for having a standard can so I've bought a Delkevic stubby.

I am a true renegade. Goes without saying, now you've all seen my elite drifting skills. It was nothing to do with having a cold bald tyre on a wet road, obviously!
Oh my, Laurie cage's bike sounds awesome.
