They were the only people in the country that could get me an alternator rotor with out me having to pay £180 and have a 8 week wait while the it got sent from Japan. I got it next day and it only cost me £70 including P&P and really friendly on the phone. I would defiantly use them again for parts, never had any experience with them in terms of bikes and I don't know any one who has used them for a bike.
