Default ColorTune: From The Makers Of CarbTune

Following on from Muzikill's thread about Throttle Balancing Equipment I was having a poke around the CarbTune website and was looking at ColorTune… Anyone got any experience with this, is it worth it, etc?

If I was going to do that I'd get a wide band lambda sensor to tune on the move. I don't see benefit of that in stationary running when idle speed mixture can be set adequately for smooth running just by vacuum method.

Good lord, I remember my uncle having one of these for his Vauxhall Viva, circa 1979!

I'd imagine it'd be utterly useless for anything apart from adjusting your pilot jets.

I've still got one! Very handy for the setting up of old VWs.

Correct, unsurprisingly - that being what it's for.
