Default Bugger!!! Binned 3 week old Gladius.

Just slid my 3 week old Gladius down the road. Happily I've got away relatively lightly. I'll need new bars so that's a good excuse for a set of black Renthal Ultra Lows. Same for the exhaust, that'll justify the 2nd hand Scorpion that I've just snared on ebay.
I've also bent both brake levers. The front one is easy enough to source but the rear one is a bit trickier. Does anyone know what the Suzuki part number is and what else it fits as I'm sure a search for Bandit or GSX rear brake lever will turn up more than Gladius rear brake lever.
Oh, and anyone know of a good paint match for the engine casings, I've scuffed the clutch cover too.

Oh, I'm fine by the way...just a sore left shoulder and an ex Shoei XR1000...first dance down the tarmac since about 1997 (Tip: GS550s are impossible to kill!!)

....and the bike now has it's name...Battlescarred Galactica!

Thanks in advance.

Wear good quality kit and stay safe guys and girls

Can you not just drill a hole and use a repair peg?

The renthals are much better than the stock bars, the stock ones bend if you fart down them.

Yeah, I've always loved Renthals so not that fussed about having to replace them. As for the gear change I think I've managed to sort that out, it actually bent pretty much back straight without snapping, just wondering if it's weakened it though. Think I'll replace it if one comes up...so could still do with the part number lol.
The front break lever is a bit too banana'd so I'll change that when I do the bars and the exhaust is on its way tomorrow from a cool ebay seller
Had a nose online and haven't found a good paint match for the casing yet but I'm sure there is one out there.
That fixer peg is a great idea, probably worth keeping one just in case.

Good thing is your okay!

Bars stock are bad which goes for every factory. You could try your local parts place for the foot one. Take the sugared one with you, a front brake lever is a tenner tops for a pattern one.

Well played sir.

As for part numbers I use this site. Yes its American but the numbers are the same as are most of the prices, just replace the '$' with a '£' and that basically is what it works out as. Though oddly they only have the Gladius listed in 2009...

This is a similar site to the above mentioned by SH. Very comprehensive and based in europe (netherlands). Another option for you

*EDIT*

Decided to look a bit deeper and it seems they dont list the sfv 650??
Not as comprehensive as a thought, sorry. Still good for SV owners though.

CMSNL is a great site for NOS not to be discounted for the older bike...

Quick update:

Fitted the 2nd hand Scorpion, which sounds ace. Now waiting for the black Renthal ultra lows to arrive to go with the new bar ends. Bike actually rides fine but I'll replace the bars anyway and the rear brake lever when I find a cheap one, the front one I think I actually prefer the shape of it now!
