Default R and G bar ends...worth the cash?

I need some bar ends for the gixxer as it only came with plastic bungs. The only 2 that appeal are the r and g ones which look pretty gd or some cheap gsxr etched ones. My experience of cheap bar ends is that theyre pretty light so dont do much for damping vibrations, what are the r and g ones like? Im guessing pretty good but thought it was worth an ask before shelling out £26. cheers

I have a set on the SV. They are a decent weight, and it looks as if you can replace the black end bit if you drop it, as they come in separate parts. Worth it in my eyes, but there again, i get a good deal

Ok good to know they are hefty enough. I thought the plastic must be replaceable but couldnt see it on their website, maybe a email required if you ever did need em..

The black plastic is replaceable. I had to replace one of mine a few years back when I wrote a Corsa off. I think all parts are available separately and their customer service was very good.
