A while back the left light of the revmeter stopped working.
Now the speedo is dark at night. Is this a fuse or a bulb(s) replacement? Just thought i'd ask b4 removing the fairing etc. cheers everyone in advance curvy '01 by the way |

Yea I need to replace one of the speedo bulbs to. But I want to put LEDs in, I'm told all I need to do is find the bulb type and the fitting type and I'll be able to get some. However I don't want to go though the hastle of removing the fairings to find out, does anyone have this information?

Check your brake light too. I found my dash bulbs went out when my rear brake light fuse went. The switch still worked so people could see me braking just the general illumination.

Nah its quite simple once you have the fairing off. Make sure you disconnect the battery first, then disconnect the plug in the back of the clocks. Remove the ?5 nuts holding the clocks on and hey presto! one set of clocks ready to be removed from the bike.
When you take the back off the clocks be very careful not to touch the circuit board as sweat from your hnads will screw it up. Refit in reverse order. HTH ![]()
