Default Torque Wrenchs at Aldi Oct 4th

As per title. £15.99 is pretty cheap. No idea if they are any good. I have one; it does stuff up, goes click and nothing's ever snapped or fallen off so can't be too bad....

Knowing Aldi it'll have a TUV mark so decent enough for that money.

They won't add any more details to the ad; or at least they usually don't anyway.

Mine looks similar so may or maynot be the same specs are:-
1/2" drive
42-210nm (roughly 30-155 foot pounds)
About 45cm long (17")
Has the button on the socket drive that clamps on so sockets tend not to fall off.
It's reversible but please don't try and undo stuff with it or you'll have half the .ORG landing on you.

Aw no, I'm going to have to bite... why?

I always use my torque wrench to undo my rear axle - not, I hasten to add, with the torgue at anything other than zero - or do you just mean don't reverse it with an actual torque setting in place, which I'd imagine was pointless?

Had one for a bit over the year.
Its set only to do wheel nut torque . On our 6 month iso 2001 calibration check It was 5% out (low).its used in a main dealer so used allot.
So good enough for DIY
